Against Racism, Intolerance & Anti-Science
Good research is only possible with a strong democracy.
The 52nd Student Parliament speaks out against racism, intolerance, hostility towards science and restrictions on academic freedom in the face of the growing number of right-wing extremists.
As the highest decision-making body of the student body, we stand up for a liberal, social democracy and fight against ideas and enemy stereotypes based on marginalisation. As representatives of the student body of Paderborn University, we advocate that decisive action be taken against enemies of the constitution and that our democracy be protected by its defence bodies.
At the same time, as the 52nd Student Parliament, we show solidarity with democratic politicians who are exposed to ever more frequent and increasingly extreme attacks.
