Online voting
- Log in to the ZIM service portal.
- Click on ‘To the election portal’ (open from the start of voting).
- Confirm ‘Affidavit’ by ticking the box, then ‘Continue to voting’.
- Make voting decisions.
- Check your vote and cast a binding vote.
- Automatic confirmation of the vote.
- If necessary, call up the ZIM service portal again and log out.

Elections are the essence of every democracy. Through them, voters can determine how their interests should be represented or, alternatively, become representatives of their own interests.
In the student body, there are several elections every year, which are currently taking place. These are the elections
- to the student parliament,
- to the student representatives and
- to the student councils, unless these are elected via a general assembly.
In addition, the elections for the university committees, i.e. for the faculty councils and the Senate, usually take place at the same time.
